These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, roadside assistance services, membership programs, and related automotive support services.

2. Nature of Services

Bharti Road Assist provides roadside assistance and related services including:

• Towing assistance
• Flat tyre support
• Battery jump-start
• Fuel delivery coordination
• Lockout assistance
• Minor on-site repairs
• Emergency coordination support

Service availability may vary based on location and operational conditions.

3. User Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have lawful authority over the vehicle
• Use services only for lawful purposes

4. Service Availability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to:

• Vehicle location
• Weather conditions
• Traffic conditions
• Local regulations
• Availability of service partners
• Safety concerns

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide correct vehicle and contact details
• Cooperate with technicians and support staff
• Ensure personal safety while awaiting assistance
• Maintain valid vehicle documents and licenses
• Pay charges not covered under membership plans

6. Charges & Payments

Certain services may involve additional charges including:

• Spare parts
• Fuel costs
• Toll charges
• Extra towing distance
• Specialised equipment charges
• Applicable taxes and government levies
• MCD (Municipal Corporation) charges and applicable State Taxes, which are not included in the membership plan and shall be payable separately by the customer wherever applicable.

Payments must be made through authorised payment methods only.

7. Membership Plans

Membership benefits, validity periods, usage limits, inclusions, and exclusions are governed by the selected plan.

Bharti Road Assist reserves the right to revise membership pricing or benefits without prior notice.

The membership plan will be activated within 6 to 24 hours.

The maximum response time for Ballabgarh, Bahadurgarh, and Faridabad is 1 hour or more.

8. Membership Service Terms & Conditions

• Car Wash Service: Car wash services are available only during the designated service timings. Car washing outside the designated service area or premises is not permitted. The customer must ensure the availability of water and electricity required to perform the car wash service.
• Car Switch Service: The RSA membership plan is linked to the Primary Vehicle registered under the membership. Members may register and switch the membership benefits between the Primary Car, an alternate (Switch) Car, or a Two-Wheeler, subject to company policy. All registered vehicles are covered under the same RSA membership plan and share the same service benefits. Only one eligible service can be availed once per day under the membership, irrespective of whether the service is used for the Primary Car, Switch Car, or Two-Wheeler. Simultaneous service requests for multiple vehicles under the same membership are not permitted.
• Daily Service Limit: Only one vehicle service can be availed per day under the membership plan, irrespective of the type of service or the registered vehicle used.
• Vehicle Inspection Service: The inspection service includes vehicle inspection only. If any spare parts are required or installed after inspection, the cost of the spare parts and applicable labour charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.
• Tyre Puncture Assistance: The membership covers repair of only one punctured tyre per day. Any additional tyre puncture repairs or tyre-related services requested on the same day shall be chargeable and payable by the customer.
• Gift Hamper: Gift hampers, if offered, shall be distributed solely at the discretion of the company. Gift hampers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other monetary value.
• RSA Membership Benefits: All services and benefits are subject to the inclusions, exclusions, validity period, and usage limits of the selected RSA membership plan. The company reserves the right to verify vehicle ownership and membership details before providing any service.

9. Service Exclusions

Services may not be available in cases involving:

• Illegal activities
• Driving under alcohol or drugs
• Racing or hazardous activities
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Commercial misuse of personal plans
• Vehicles carrying hazardous materials

10. Limitation of Liability

Bharti Road Assist shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Third-party delays
• Mechanical failures beyond repair scope
• Incorrect customer-provided information
• Loss of valuables inside vehicles

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service or membership.

11. Third-Party Providers

Certain services may be delivered through independent garages, towing vendors, technicians, or partner networks.

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or workmanship of third-party providers beyond applicable legal obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, graphics, text, and software are the intellectual property of Bharti Road Assist and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. Website Usage Restrictions

Users shall not:

• Attempt unauthorised system access
• Upload malicious code
• Misuse support or contact systems
• Interfere with website operation
• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes

14. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bharti Road Assist, its employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
